For the contractors, we’re being very selective with our client base; we’re being very open to and engaged with our clients and expressing our pain, says Wail Farsakh, general manager at Dutco Balfour Beatty. We’ve been trying with positive dialogue to change the terms of engagement, to try to have a fairer contract. And I have to appreciate the fact that the clients are accepting it.
