BROADCAST 2: Productivity stagnation in industry

According to a survey, in the US, over the past 50 years, the productivity of agricultural labourers has increased by 153 per cent because of technology, different types of materials, systems, processes, etc, says Ali Haydar Ozak, Abu Dhabi area director at TAV Construction. Unfortunately, in construction the productivity has decreased or remained stable. Unfortunately our industry is not very attractive to young talents; people are integral to our sector.
