In the industry, one of the trends is getting the lowest price possible, but when it comes to Sobha, we have a very unique model with which we have mitigated this risk, says Francis Alfred, CEO of Sobha Group. We only use the design-and-build contracting model and we have an in-house team at the moment for our products. The benefit is that the risk and opportunity lies with the design-and-build team, and as a client, we are prepared to spend the money for the value we’re expecting.
